01

Pigment-first expertise

We select and qualify fiber-grade TiO₂, so dispersion, whiteness and filtration begin with the pigment inside every pellet.

02

Verified before release

Lots are tested for filter-pressure rise (ΔP), colour ΔE, active content and moisture before release.

03

Made for your line

Available in PET, r-PET, PA6/PA66 and PE/PET bicomponent carriers, with custom TiO₂ loadings from 5% to 60%.

White masterbatch range

Choose a grade by polymer, target luster and spinning process. Final dosage should be confirmed in a line trial.

Quality and process support

Production and documentation

Automated production by an ISO 9001 and GRS 4.0 certified partner; CNAS-accredited laboratory support is available.

Pilot-line validation

New grades are spun before scale-up. Dispersion and pack-pressure behaviour are checked under real spinning conditions.

Typical release checks

Filter pressure ΔP, colour ΔE, active content, intrinsic viscosity, melting point, pellet weight and moisture.

Quick dosage guide

Masterbatch addition (%) = target TiO₂ in fiber ÷ TiO₂ content in masterbatch. Typical fiber TiO₂ levels are about 0.3% for semi-dull, 2.0% for full-dull and 3.6–4.2% for ES hygiene fiber.

Line conditions, yarn type and customer standards determine the final setting.

Beyond white and delustering

The range also supports black, custom-colour and functional masterbatches, including far-infrared, graphene, flame-retardant, conductive, antibacterial, cooling-touch and traceability solutions.

Tell us your polymer, yarn type and target luster.

Our team will recommend a grade and dosage, then arrange samples with TDS, SDS and REACH documentation.
